Rijil Paul is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with international experience across the UAE and the UK, having worked in both the banking and utilities sectors. With a solid foundation in commerce and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Edinburgh, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight and practical expertise in business development, digital marketing, and client relationship management. His global exposure enriches classroom learning with real-world perspectives, particularly in areas such as sales strategy, customer acquisition, and social media marketing.

In addition to his academic role, Rijil Paul serves as the Placement Officer at Sacred Heart College, Kochi. In this capacity, he plays a key leadership role in driving the college’s placement and industry engagement initiatives. Known for his proactive and student-focused approach, he has been instrumental in building lasting corporate partnerships, organizing recruitment drives, and preparing students for the evolving demands of the job market. He works closely with faculty, industry partners, and HR teams to streamline the placement process and enhance student readiness through training programs, webinars, and career development workshops.
